[MAAPT] AAPT Meeting Report

A very successful national meeting was held at the Washington State 
Convention Center in Seattle from Jan. 5 - 10.  There were over 3000 
attendees at this joint meeting with the American Astronomical Society 
and over 150 exhibitors.  The program was full from Workshops on Friday 
and Saturday and Banquets, Plenaries, Posters, and Papers on Monday - 
Wednesday. Many excellent papers and posters were presented, including a 
number from the Minnesota section.  In addition, there were three 
meetings of section representatives and officers.  Reports from these 
meetings are in the attached document.  Please contact me if you have
